Collect Avios direct with Royal Caribbean

To be eligible for this Promotion, individuals must at least 18 years old and be the Lead Guest or a named guest on a booking made directly with Royal Caribbean International (“RCI”) through our call centre or on our website in the UK, Ireland and Spain (“Eligible Participant”). Bookings made through a Travel Agency or Tour Operator do not qualify for this Promotion.

Eligible Participants must be current members of any of the following Airline Loyalty Programme (“ALPs”): British Airways Executive Club, Iberia Plus, Aer Club or Vueling Club Members only, regardless of membership tiers.

This Promotion applies only to new and individual bookings made directly with RCI between 28th November at 00:01 – 3rd December 2024 at 23:59 local time (the “Promotion Period”) in a Balcony & Deluxe stateroom category. Bookings for an Interior or Oceanview stateroom will not be eligible to collect Avios.

By applying for this Promotion, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the applicable terms and conditions of the participating Airline Loyalty Programme (“ALP”) published on the relevant Airline’s website.

Only one individual Eligible Participant is permitted to avail of the Promotion, and the ALP member must be the same individual.

Avios will be awarded based on the total cruise fare of RCI cruise only bookings including NCCF, taxes and fees. All other charges, e.g. flights, hotels, transfers, gratuities, or on-board purchases such as Drinks Packages, Shore Excursions and Casino do not qualify for Avios.

Avios will only be awarded if the Eligible Participant completes the booked cruise holiday. Any bookings that are cancelled for any reason will not be eligible for an award of Avios, and any award already made may be rescinded.

RCI will award standard Avios up to 28 days after sailing has returned and bonus Avios within 60 days of returning. Maximum number of standard Avios that can be awarded for a single cruise booking is 100,000 Avios. To qualify for the Avios award Eligible Participants must enter their correct ALP membership details on the RCI booking page at the time of booking or within 7 days of the booking being made via the post booking platform. ALP membership number cannot be added to an existing booking or at any stage after the 7 days window following the booking being made.
This Promotion is combinable with other offers including Crown and Anchor discounts. It is not combinable with groups, travel agent rates, net rates, interline rates, casino promotions, Tesco discounts, Military or Health Service savings. It is not available to any group rates or for bookings transferred to a group environment. Bookings created before this Bonus Avios Promotion that wish to access the new benefits of this offer will have to cancel their existing booking and make a new booking. Bookings that are cancelled shall be subject to prevailing cancellation charges and policies.

Avios have no cash value, and are non-transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, casino credit or on-board credit.

All bookings subject to booking conditions available at www.royalcaribbean.co.uk/ which contains important information including, but not limited to, cancellation charges, applicable passport and visa requirements, guest conduct policy and specific advice relating to minors, and information for guests who are pregnant and those that may have medical conditions.

Avios are awarded by RCI and redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions of Avios Group (AGL) Ltd, British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and Vueling. For full details of the relevant ALP, please visit the airline’s website.

AGL, RCI and the ALP airline reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

AGL and RCI reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions, including Avios award amounts, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.
By taking part in this Promotion, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL, RCI and the ALP airline and or their agents or subcontractors for the sole purpose of administering this Avios Promotion.

Insofar as is permitted by law, RCI, AGL and an ALP airline will not (and nor will our agents or distributors), in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant, accept any liability to and Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Offer whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Statutory rights of Eligible Participants are not affected.

RCI or AGL Promotional materials may form part of these Terms and Conditions.
RCI, AGL and/or the participating ALP airline do not assume any responsibility for any typographical, technical, or other error in these Terms and Conditions, related documents, or the administration of the Offer.

RCI, AGL and the participating airlines joint or individual decision regarding any aspect of the Offer or an award of Avios is final and binding, and RCI will not enter correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) regarding any such matter.

This Offer shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
