Maresco is a Spanish restaurant opened to critical acclaim at the end of 2022 by Scottish record producer/restaurateur Stephen Lironi, executive chef Pablo Rodríguez and operations manager Naroa Ortega. The idea was to hi-jack all the great Scottish seafood that leaves the country, mostly headed for Spain, and cook it right here in London. We feature langoustines from the Hebrides, hand dived scallops from Orkney, halibut from Gigha and mussels from the Shetlands. All cooked as you would find them in some of the great tapas bars in Spain. The ground floor has counter seating looking over the kitchen or the streets of Soho, while downstairs is more intimate with tables and chairs in a small mid-century styled dining room.&quot;
