Collect Avios online with IHG US
Using coupon or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in you not collecting Avios or collecting less Avios than the advertised rate.This includes staff discount, student discounts and coupons which automatically populate in your basket at checkout.
- IHG will not investigate enquiries on untracked bookings.
- Customers will only be rewarded when their stay is completed at the booked hotel.
- Rewards are only available for IHG room rates (any costs incurred outside of room for example dinner, parking or room service don't eligible for rewards).
- Specialty negotiated rates such as IHG Friends & Family or discounted group or corporate bookings are not eligible for Rewards. Rooms booked and paid for by IHG Rewards Club Points are not eligible either.
- Ruby Hotel bookings are not eligible for rewards.
- Rewards are also not available on all IHG properties in Israel and any Kimpton properties in USA.
- Rewards are also not available at the following Holiday Inn locations: Salisbury-Stonehenge, North Beach Virginia Beach, Oceanside Virginia Beach, or London Gatwick Worth, the following Holiday Inn Express locations: Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays, Annapolis East-Kent Island, Guelph, Nags Head Oceanfront, Virginia Beach, or Slough, Staybridge Suites Chesapeake Virginia Beach or Crowne Plaza Danang & Holiday Inn Resort Hilton Head
- Rewards may be declined if you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, e.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount
- Rewards are not available for any bookings made with a gift card or the purchase of online gift cards
- Rewards are also not available if your purchase is not fully completed online
- Rewards will be confirmed on average 6 weeks after the stay is completed.
- IHG calculates Rewards excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
Rewards are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
