These terms and conditions are additional to the British Airways (BA) Club Terms and Conditions ("British Airways Club Terms and Conditions") for the Avios scheme ("the Scheme"). For British Airways Club Terms and Conditions click here.
- British Airways Avios eStore (eStore) terms and conditions have been modified and are correct as of the 7th March 2016
- By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as they may be amended from time to time, and any additional or alternative terms, conditions, rules and policies in connection with the Website which are communicated to you. Please note that these Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. These Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations; please read them carefully.
- Any dealings you may enter into with any third parties, including any merchants or advertisers referred to, listed or linked to on the Website will be solely between you and such third parties, including any transactions for the purchase of goods or services from such third parties. All such dealings will be subject to the merchant's terms and conditions, and privacy policies, applicable to such transactions. - BA reserve the right to change or withdraw retailers featured on BA eStore pages.
- When you add a retailer to your favourites we will inform you of any Avios collect rate increases as well as increased collection rates for other retailers in the same category. If you no longer wish to receive these just remove the retailer from your favourites. Please note it may take up to five working days to remove your favourites.

Indemnification

In addition to any other rights or remedies BA may have for your misuse or abuse of the Executive Club programme as stated in the terms and conditions thereof, and without limitation to any other rights or remedies BA may have at law, equity, or otherwise, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Us harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable legal fees) related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions Scope
12. These Terms and Conditions refer only to your use of this Website and separate terms and conditions apply to any purchases or orders that you make from this Website.
eStore – online shopping:
- The Executive Club Terms and Conditions govern all Avios that you may collect by shopping at merchants listed on and linked to from this Website. You are reminded that Avios credited to your Account, may be cancelled if the merchant from whom you have ordered goods or services tells us that the transaction between you and the merchant was cancelled. (For example, because you returned or didn't pay for products or services for which the Avios were issued).
- Avios will only be awarded on purchases made with retailers featured on www.shopping.ba.com Online Shopping pages when clicked through to from Ba.com
- Avios will not be awarded on the purchase of gift vouchers or purchases made using gift vouchers, which for avoidance of doubt includes gift cards, gift certificates or on VAT, sales, use, excise or other applicable taxes, and delivery charges.
- Avios will only be awarded on transactions completed online.
- If coupon/voucher codes that are not listed on our BA eStore website are used, the transaction will be invalidated from earning Avios.
- BA will not be held responsible for incomplete transactions due to failure of their or the individual retailers websites
- Missing Avios claims must be made within 90 days of your initial purchase date. Please fill out our Missing Avios form. No untracked transactions will be accepted for retailers on eStore.
- Bonus Avios will be awarded only on qualifying transactions, any bonus Avios will be credited at the same time as the Avios for the transaction the bonus is related to. The first time shopper bonus only applies to customers who have not previously made a transaction using eStore, it will not be given to customers who have made a previous transaction that was cancelled or in any other scenario.
Miscellaneous
- These Terms and Conditions contain all the terms of your agreement with Us relating to your use of this Website. No other written or oral statement (including statements in any brochure or promotional literature published by Us) will be incorporated. Your use of this Website, any downloaded material from it and the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. We reserve the right to bring proceedings in the Courts of the country of your residence.
- This program is invalid in areas where it is prohibited by law, subject to taxation, or otherwise regulated in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

The linking of British Airways Club and Qatar Airways Privilege Club accounts and transactions involving the movement of Avios between linked accounts is governed by and subject to these Terms and Conditions as set out below unless otherwise expressly stated. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 22 March 2022.
Definitions
The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:
Avios: means the redeemable points collected, purchased or received by a PC Member or a British Airways Club Member and credited to their British Airways Club account or Privilege Club account.
Award tickets: means a type of award ticket issued in accordance with the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
British Airways Club Household account: means the account established by British Airways PLC which enables up to seven (7) members of a household, including a maximum of six (6) persons under 18 years of age, to collect Avios points and redeem all or part of such Avios points for Rewards for any one (1) person in the Household Account and for no other individual.
__British Airways Club Member:__means a member of the British Airways Club.
British Airways Club Terms and Conditions: means the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions available at www.britishairways.com/avios.
British Airways Cub: means the British Airways Club programme and any successor programme.
Cash + Avios: means using Avios to save up to fifty percent (50%) of the cash amount on flight tickets purchasable with Qatar Airways. Full details and applicable terms and conditions can be found here.
Family Member: means a Main Member's spouse, children older than two (2) years of age, parents and the parents of their spouse. Only the Main Member is registered as part of the Family Programme.
Family Programme: means the Qatar Airways programme which enables up to ten (10) members of a family, including a Main Member and up to nine (9) Family Members, to pool Avios collected by each of them in the Main Member’s account.
GDPR: means the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
Linked Member: means an individual who is a British Airways Club member and a PC Member and has successfully linked their Privilege Club account with their BAEC account.
Main Member: means a Privilege Club account member who holds a Privilege Club account in his or her name.
PC Member: means a Main Member of Privilege Club.
Member: means an individual who is a British Airways Club member and a PC Member.
Privilege Club: means the Qatar Airways Privilege Club programme and any successor programmes.
Privilege Club Terms and Conditions: means the terms and conditions applicable to the Privilege Club available here.
Qatar Airways: means Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C.
qatarairways.com: means the Qatar Airways website pages, as amended from time to time, at www.qatarairways.com.
qatarairways.com/PrivilegeClub: means Privilege Club website pages, as amended from time to time, at www.qatarairways.com/PrivilegeClub.
Rewards: means any flight ticket issued by, or other goods or services supplied by, or on behalf of Avios Group (AGL) Limited upon redemption by a member of the British Airways Club of an applicable amount of Avios points;
Terms and Conditions: mean these terms and conditions for linking Privilege Club and British Airways Club accounts as amended from time to time.
Total Avios Balance: means the sum total amount of a Linked Member’s British Airways Club account balance and Privilege Club account balance.
Account Linking
- To become a Linked Member, an individual must be at least 18 years old and be a British Airways Club Member and a PC Member.
- British Airways Club Members and PC Members must become Linked Members in order to move their Avios between the two accounts and view their Total Avios Balance across their British Airways Club and Privilege Club accounts.
- To link a British Airways Club account to a Privilege Club account, Members must visit either ba.com here or qatarairways.com here or the Qatar Airways mobile app and select ‘Link your account’. The account linking feature is not available offline.
- The personal details registered on each account (including first name, last name and date of birth) must match that registered on the other account, to allow the accounts to be linked.
- Linked Members will receive a confirmation email from each of Qatar Airways and British Airways after they have successfully linked their accounts. These confirmation emails will be sent to the email address associated with each account.
- Only one (1) Privilege Club account and one (1) British Airways Club account can be linked at any given time.
- A Privilege Club account can be linked to a British Airways Club account, provided that the personal details match, a maximum of twice in any fifty (50) year period.
Account Unlinking
- Linked Members may unlink their British Airways Club and Privilege Club accounts at any time.
- To unlink a British Airways Club account and Privilege Club account, Linked Members must visit either the ba.com here or qatarairways.com here or the Qatar Airways mobile app and select ‘Unlink accounts’. The account unlinking feature is not available offline.
- Members will receive a confirmation email from Qatar Airways after they have successfully unlinked their accounts.
- Upon the death of a Linked Member, the Linked Member’s British Airways Club and Privilege Club accounts will be unlinked and the terms and conditions of each respective programme will apply.
- If a PC Member merges two Privilege Club accounts and the account chosen to be closed is linked to a British Airways Club account, the link will be terminated and the Member will have to link their British Airways Club account to their open Privilege Club account.
Combine Avios
- Following successful account linking, Linked Members can move their Avios between accounts.
- Avios can be moved in either direction, without incurring any fee.
- There is no minimum or maximum number of Avios that can be moved between the Linked Member’s accounts. However, British Airways PLC and Qatar Airways reserve the right to impose certain limits in the event of suspected fraudulent transactions.
- There is no limit on the number of Avios movement transactions other than in cases of suspected fraud.
- Avios will be immediately credited to the target account at the rate of 1:1 and available to use.
- If Avios have not been successfully moved within twenty four (24) hours, Linked Members can contact British Airways here or Qatar Airways here.
- Only the Main Member of the Family Programme on a Privilege Club account can move Avios to their British Airways Club account.
- A member of a British Airways Club Household account can link their individual British Airways Club membership number to their Privilege Club account provided that they are over 18 years old. However, only their individual balance of Avios can be moved.
- Once Avios are moved to an account, the terms and conditions of the associated programme will apply i.e. the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions or the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.
- Privilege Club Avios are issued, redeemed and expire in accordance with Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
- British Airways Club Avios are issued by, and redeemed with, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, and also expire, in all cases in accordance with British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.
- The ability to move Avios is not available offline.
Spending Avios from linked accounts with Privilege Club
- Linked Members may redeem Avios from either or both of their linked accounts for Award tickets or Cash + Avios without moving Avios first. This feature is not available offline.
- Avios can be deducted from either or both accounts based on Linked Member choice and available balances at time of checkout as follows:
- Linked accounts: Avios will be deducted from both accounts in proportion to the balance of each account.
- Privilege Club first: Avios will be deducted from the Privilege Club account first, and any remainder will be deducted from the British Airways Club account.
- British Airways Club first: Avios will be deducted from the British Airways Club account first, and any remainder will be deducted from the Privilege Club account.
- Change or refund of Award tickets and Cash + Avios tickets is only supported offline.
- If Award tickets or Cash + Avios tickets are refunded, all Avios to be refunded will be credited to the Linked Member’s Privilege Club account in accordance with the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions. A Linked Member may then move their Avios to their British Airways Club account if required provided that the Linked Member’s accounts remain linked. If the Linked Member unlinks their accounts before the refund is issued, the Avios credited into the Privilege Club account cannot be moved to British Airways Club unless the accounts are subsequently re-linked.
Multi-Factor Authentication
- British Airways Club uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as an additional layer of security at login to ensure operation in line with GDPR regulations and best practices for account security.
- Privilege Club uses One Time Passwords (OTP) as an additional layer of security operation in line with GDPR regulations and best practices for account security.
- In some circumstances, the Member (or Linked Member as the case may be) will be required to complete both the British Airways MFA and Qatar Airways OTP during Avios transactions such as account linking, movement of Avios and redemption of Avios.
General Terms
- Avios Group (AGL) Limited and British Airways PLC reserve the right to suspend a British Airways Club Member’s access to its British Airways Club account, remove any Avios from and close any British Airways Club account for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.
- Qatar Airways reserves the right to suspend a PC Member’s access to its Privilege Club account, remove any Avios and close any Privilege Club account for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
- Avios do not have a fixed or par value and are not redeemable for cash.
- British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and Qatar Airways reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Neither British Airways PLC nor Avios Group (AGL) Limited is liable for any flight, accommodation, or any other rewards redemptions made through Privilege Club and Qatar Airways is not liable for the flights, accommodation, or any other rewards redemptions made through British Airways Club.
- Any personal information you supply will be used by British Airways PLC in accordance with its Privacy Policy, by Qatar Airways in accordance with its Privacy Notice and by Avios Group (AGL) Limited in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- When linking accounts, the personal data of prospective Linked Members will be shared between British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and Qatar Airways to facilitate the movement of Avios, and for marketing and analytical purposes.
- If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and either the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions or the Privilege Terms and Conditions, the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions or the Privilege Terms and Conditions (as applicable) shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions.
- The limitations and exclusions of liability referred to in the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions and/or any terms and conditions of British Airways and Avios Group (AGL) Limited apply equally to these Terms and Conditions.
- The limitations and exclusions of liability referred to in the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions and/or any terms and conditions of Qatar Airways apply equally to these Terms and Conditions.
The linking of British Airways Club and Finnair Plus accounts and transactions involving the movement of Avios between linked accounts is governed by and subject to these Terms and Conditions as set out below unless otherwise expressly stated. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 22 May 2024.
Definitions

Avios: means the redeemable points collected, purchased or received by a Finnair Plus Member or a British Airways Club Member and credited to their British Airways Club account or Finnair Plus account.
British Airways Club Household account: means the account established by British Airways PLC which enables up to seven (7) members of a household, including a maximum of six (6) persons under 18 years of age, to collect Avios points and redeem all or part of such Avios points for Rewards for any one (1) person in the Household Account and for no other individual.
British Airways Club Member: means a member of the British Airways Club.
British Airways Club Terms and Conditions: means the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions available at www.britishairways.com/avios.
British Airways Club: means the British Airways Club programme and any successor programme.
Finnair: means Finnair Plc.
Finnair Plus: means Finnair’s (Finnair Plus) programme and any successor programme.
Finnair Plus Terms and Conditions: means the terms and conditions applicable to the Finnair Plus programme available here.
GDPR: means the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
Linked Member: means an individual who is a British Airways Club member and a Finnair Plus Member and has successfully linked their Finnair Plus account with their British Airways Club account.
Member: means an individual who is a British Airways Club member and a Finnair Plus Member.
Rewards: means any flight ticket issued by, or other goods or services supplied by, or on behalf of Avios Group (AGL) Limited upon redemption by a member of the British Airways Club of an applicable amount of Avios points;
Terms and Conditions: mean these terms and conditions for linking Finnair Plus and British Airways Club accounts as amended from time to time.
Account Linking
To become a Linked Member, an individual must be at least 18 years old and be a British Airways Club member and a Finnair Plus Member.
BAEC Members and Finnair Plus Members must become Linked Members in order to move their Avios between the two accounts.
To link a British Airways Club account to a Finnair Plus account, Members must visit either ba.com here or Finnair Plus here. The account linking feature is not available offline.
The personal details registered on each account (including given/first name, last/surname and date of birth) must match that registered on the other account, to allow the accounts to be linked.
Linked Members will receive a confirmation email(s) after they have successfully linked their accounts. Confirmation email(s) will be sent to the email address associated with each account.
Only one (1) Finnair Plus account and one (1) British Airways Club account can be linked at any given time.
A Finnair Plus account can be linked to a British Airways Club account, provided that the personal details match, a maximum of twice in any fifty (50) year period.
Account Unlinking
Linked Members may unlink their Finnair Plus and British Airways Club accounts at any time.
To unlink a Finnair Plus account and British Airways Club account, Linked Members must visit either ba.com here or Finnair Plus here. The account unlinking feature is not available offline.
Members will receive a confirmation email(s) after they have successfully unlinked their accounts. Confirmation email(s) will be sent to the email address associated with each account.
Upon the death of a Linked Member, the Linked Member’s British Airways Club and Finnair Plus accounts will be unlinked and the terms and conditions of each respective programme will apply.
Convert Avios
Following successful account linking, Linked Members can move their Avios between their Finnair Plus and BAEC accounts.
Avios can be moved in either direction, without incurring any fee.
There is a minimum of 1 and a maximum up to the current balance number of Avios that can be moved between the Linked Member’s accounts. However, British Airways PLC and Finnair PLC reserve the right to impose certain limits in the event of suspected fraudulent transactions.
There is no limit on the number of Avios movement transactions other than in cases of suspected fraud.
Avios will be immediately credited to the target account at the rate of 1:1 and available to use.
If Avios have not been successfully moved within twenty four (24) hours, Linked Members can contact British Airways here or Finnair here.
A member of a British Airways Club Household account can link their individual British Airways Club membership number to their Finnair Plus account provided that they are over 18 years old. However, only their individual balance of Avios can be moved.
Once Avios are moved to an account, the terms and conditions of the associated programme will apply i.e. the Finnair Plus Terms and Conditions or the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.
Finnair Plus Avios are issued, redeemed and expire in accordance with Finnair Plus Terms and Conditions.
British Airways Club Avios are issued by, and redeemed with, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, and also expire, in all cases in accordance with British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.
The ability to move Avios is not available offline.
Multi-Factor Authentication
British Airways Club uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and One Time Passwords (OTP), when applicable, as an additional layer of security at login to ensure operation in line with GDPR regulations and best practices for account security.
Finnair Plus uses Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and One Time Passwords (OTP), when applicable, as an additional layer of security at login to ensure operation in line with GDPR regulations and best practices for account security.
Finnair Plus Members are required to enable their Finnair Plus Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) before attempting to link their Finnair Plus and British Airways Club accounts.
In some circumstances, the Member (or Linked Member as the case may be) will be required to complete both the British Airways MFA or OTP and Finnair 2FA or OTP during Avios transactions such as account linking and movement of Avios.
General Terms
Avios Group (AGL) Limited and British Airways PLC reserve the right to suspend a British Airways Club member’s access to its British Airways Club account, remove any Avios from and close any British Airways Club account for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.
Finnair PLC reserves the right to suspend a Finnair Plus Member’s access to its Finnair Plus account, remove any Avios from and close any Finnair Plus account for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Finnair Plus Terms and Conditions.
Avios do not have a fixed or par value and are not redeemable for cash.
British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and Finnair PLC reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Neither British Airways PLC nor Avios Group (AGL) Limited is liable for any flight, accommodation, or any other rewards redemptions made through Finnair and Finnair PLC is not liable for the flights, accommodation, or any other rewards redemptions made through British Airways Club.
Any personal information you supply will be used by British Airways PLC in accordance with its Privacy Policy, by Finnair PLC in accordance with its Privacy Policy and by Avios Group (AGL) Limited in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
When linking accounts, the personal data of prospective Linked Members will be shared between British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and Finnair PLC to facilitate the movement of Avios, and for marketing and analytical purposes.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and either the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions or the Finnair Plus Terms and Conditions, the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions or the Finnair Plus Terms and Conditions (as applicable) shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions.
The limitations and exclusions of liability referred to in the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions and/or any terms and conditions of British Airways and Avios Group (AGL) Limited apply equally to these Terms and Conditions.
The limitations and exclusions of liability referred to in the Finnair Plus Terms and Conditions and/or any terms and conditions of Finnair PLC apply equally to these Terms and Conditions.
- To be eligible for this offer, Customers must be at least 18 years old and be either a member of British Airways Club and/or a Nectar account holder (“Eligible Customers” or in the singular, an "Eligible Customer”). Eligible Customers must link their British Airways Club account to a Nectar account or their Nectar account to a British Airways Club account ensuring names on both accounts fully match, in order to convert their Avios into Nectar points or their Nectar points into Avios.
- To link a British Airways Club account to a Nectar account or vice versa, Eligible Customers must visit either the British Airways Club Exchange or Nectar website (https://exchange.shopping.ba.com/partner/nectar) and select "Link your account". For accounts to successfully link the names on both accounts must fully match.
- Only one Nectar account can be linked to one British Airways Club account at any given time and vice versa, providing the names on both accounts fully match.
- A British Airways Club account can be linked and unlinked to any Nectar account a maximum of 4 times in a calendar year. A Nectar account can be linked and unlinked to any British Airways Club accounts a maximum of 4 times in a calendar year.
- To convert their Nectar points into Avios or their Avios into Nectar points, Eligible Customers must visit either the British Airways Exchange or the Nectar website and have a Nectar account and British Airways Club account linked. Eligible Customers can manually convert their Nectar points to Avios or vice versa by selecting “Convert your points”. Eligible Customers can also choose to auto-convert their Nectar points to Avios or vice versa by selecting “Opt in to automatic conversion”. The conversion of points from Avios to Nectar will require date of birth and email validation.
- A minimum of 400 Avios are required to make a conversion into Nectar points. Avios can only be converted into Nectar points in increments of 400 Avios. Eligible Customers will accrue 400 Nectar points for every 400 Avios converted.
- A minimum of 400 Nectar points are required to make a conversion into Avios. Nectar points can only be converted into Avios in increments of 400 Nectar points. Eligible Customers will accrue 250 Avios for every 400 Nectar points converted.
- Upon conversion, Avios can only be awarded to the British Airways Club account that the Nectar account has been linked to, and Nectar points can only be awarded to the Nectar account that the British Airways Club account has been linked to.
- Avios will be immediately credited to the Eligible Customers’ British Airways Club account when Nectar points are manually converted into Avios.
- Avios will be credited on a weekly basis to the Eligible Customers’ British Airways Club account when Nectar points are automatically converted into Avios.
- Nectar points will be credited to the Eligible Customers’ Nectar account within 12 days, when Avios are manually converted to Nectar points. Or, on a weekly basis to the Eligible Customers’ British Airways Club account when Avios are automatically converted into Nectar points.
- An Eligible Customer may manually convert a maximum of 80,000 Nectar points or 50,000 Avios per calendar month. The cap is separate for both debiting and crediting (e.g. 80,000 Nectar points debit and 80,000 Nectar points credit permitted per calendar month).
- An Eligible Customer may automatically convert a maximum of 40,000 Nectar points or 25,200 Avios per calendar quarter.
- The manual and automatic points conversion caps are independent of one another.
- Once Nectar points are converted to Avios, they will be awarded in the Eligible Customer’s British Airways Club account, and British Airways Club terms and conditions apply. - British Airways PLC reserves the right to remove any Avios and close any British Airways Club account that British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited or Nectar believes has obtained or redeemed Avios in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in breach of the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.
- Avios are not redeemable for cash.
- Avios Group (AGL) Limited or British Airways PLC are not liable for redemptions made through Nectar.

The linking of British Airways Club and BP accounts and transactions involving the movement of Avios between linked accounts is governed by and subject to these Terms and Conditions as set out below unless otherwise expressly stated. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 22 March 2022.
- To be eligible for this offer, Customers must be at least 18 years old and be either a member of British Airways Club and/or a BPme account holder (“Eligible Customers” or in the singular, an "Eligible Customer”). Eligible Customers must link their British Airways Club account to a BPme account or their BPme account to a British Airways Club account, in order to convert their BPme Rewards points into Avios.
- To link a British Airways Club account to a BPme account or vice versa, Eligible Customers must visit either the British Airways Club Exchange or BPme Rewards and select "Link your account".
- Only one BPme account can be linked to one British Airways Club account at any given time and vice versa.
- A British Airways Club account can be linked and unlinked to any BPme account a maximum of twice. A BPme account can be linked and unlinked to any British Airways Club accounts a maximum of twice.
- To convert their BPme Rewards points into Avios, Eligible Customers must visit either the British Airways Club Exchange or BPme Rewards and have a BPme account and British Airways Club account linked. Eligible Customers can manually convert their BPme Rewards points to Avios by selecting “Convert your points”. Eligible Customers can also choose to auto-convert their BPme Rewards points to Avios by selecting “Opt in to automatic conversion”.
- A minimum of 40 BPme Rewards points are required to make a conversion into Avios. BPme Rewards points can only be converted into Avios in increments of 40 BPme Rewards points. Eligible Customers will accrue 25 Avios for every 40 BPme Rewards points converted.
- Upon conversion, Avios can only be awarded to the British Airways Club account that the BPme account has been linked to. Once BPme Rewards points have been converted into Avios, the conversion cannot be reversed.
- Avios will be immediately credited to the Eligible Customers’ British Airways Club account when BPme Rewards points are manually converted into Avios.
- Avios will be credited on a monthly basis to the Eligible Customers’ British Airways Club account when BPme Rewards points are automatically converted into Avios.
- An Eligible Customer can manually convert a maximum of 30,000 BPme Rewards points per calendar month.
- An Eligible Customer can automatically convert a maximum of 30,000 BPme Rewards points per calendar month.
- The manual and automatic points conversion caps are independent of one another.
- Once BPme Rewards points are converted to Avios, they will be awarded in the Eligible Customer’s British Airways Club account, and British Airways Club terms and conditions apply. Buy Avios
- The Purchaser can buy a maximum of 200,000 Avios in any one calendar year. We reserve the right to amend the maximum annual amount that can be bought at any time.
- Avios can only be bought in specified amounts, starting at the minimum of 2,000 Avios.
- Buy Avios may be amended from time to time for promotional activity, please see the Buy Avios page for details.
- The Purchaser will be able to spend Avios when they appear as credited in the Purchaser’s British Airways Club account. There may be occasions where there is a delay of up to 3 working days in the Avios being credited to your account. If after this time you have not received your Avios, please get in touch through the Contact Us section.
- Avios can only be bought on Ba.com using the Buy Avios application.
- The transaction currency will be pre-determined based on the registered country of the British British Airways Club account.
- The Purchaser must be a Member of the British Airways Club and age 18 years or over.
- The Purchaser must have at least one Avios in their British Airways Club account in order to buy Avios. If the Purchaser has a balance of zero Avios, they will need to have collected or redeemed Avios in the past 36 months in order to buy Avios.
- The Purchaser will be unable to buy Avios if they have a negative balance.
- The Buy Avios year begins 1 January and ends 31 December.
- Purchasing Avios will reset the 36-month Avios expiry rule, as set out in the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.
- You have the right to cancel contracts for the purchase of Avios within 14 days of purchase provided the Avios have not been used. To exercise the right to cancel the purchase of the Avios, you must select the refund option contained in your Buy Avios email confirmation. If you cancel, we will reimburse the entire payment up to 14 days after the day on which we were informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
- Avios which are subsequently refunded will not constitute activity for the purposes of the 36-month Avios expiry rule in the Terms and Conditions.
- In the case of Fraud or Misconduct, both as defined in the Terms and Conditions, British Airways reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to terminate the Membership of any Member and may cancel all accrued and accruing Avios of the Member and any Reward booking.
- Avios pricing can be changed at any time.
Gift Avios
- The Purchaser can pay to gift a maximum of 200,000 Avios in any one calendar year. There may be occasions where there is a delay of up to 3 working days in the Avios being credited to your account. If after this time you have not received your Avios, please get in touch through the Contact Us section. We reserve the right to amend the maximum annual amount that can be gifted at any time.
- A Recipient of gifted Avios can receive a maximum of 200,000 Avios in any one calendar year in aggregate, irrespective of the number of Purchasers.
- Avios can only be gifted in specified amounts, starting at the minimum of 2,000 Avios.
- Gift Avios may be amended from time to time for promotional activity, please see Gift Avios page for details.
- The Recipient will be able to spend Avios when they appear as credited in the Recipient’s Executive Club account.
- The Purchaser can only gift Avios to one Recipient per transaction.
- An account must be at least 7 days old to receive a gift of Avios.
- Avios can only be gifted on Ba.com using the Gift Avios application.
- In order to gift Avios, the Purchaser will need to know the Recipient’s first and last name, email address and Executive Club Membership number. The Purchaser should ensure that the Recipient has not received more than 200,000 Avios, inclusive of the proposed transaction, in that calendar year. The Purchaser and Recipient will receive an email once the transaction is complete.
- The Purchaser must have at least one Avios in their Executive Club account in order to gift Avios. If the Purchaser has a balance of zero Avios, they will need to have collected or redeemed Avios in the past 36 months in order to gift Avios.
- The Purchaser will be unable to gift Avios if they have a negative balance.
- The Purchaser must be 18 years or over. The Recipient can be of any age, however, if the Recipient is under the age of 18 years and receives Avios, he or she must be a Member of a Household Account in order to redeem Avios.
- Once Avios are gifted by a Purchaser to a Recipient, the transaction is non-refundable and cannot be reversed.
- The transaction currency will be pre-determined based on the registered country of the Purchaser’s British Airways Executive Club account.
- The Gift Avios year begins 1 January and ends 31 December.
- Purchasing Avios will reset the 36-month Avios expiry rule, as set out in the British Airways Executive Club Terms and Conditions, for the Recipient.
- The Purchaser must not demand, and the Recipient must not offer any value or value in-kind for Avios. Such activity or any other use of Avios contrary to these British Airways Executive Club Terms and Conditions will constitute a fundamental breach. In the event of such a breach, British Airways reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Membership of any Member. British Airways shall write to such Member to inform them that their Membership is being terminated for this reason.
- In the case of Fraud or Misconduct, both as defined in the British Airways Executive Club Terms and Conditions, British Airways reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Membership of any Member and may cancel all accrued and accruing Avios of the Member and any Reward booking.
- Avios pricing can be changed at any time.
Transfer Avios
- A Member may pay to transfer Avios from their British Airways Executive Club account (the "Sender") to another Member’s British Airways Executive Club account (the "Recipient").
- A Transfer Fee is charged per transaction (the "Transfer Fee"). Please login to see the current pricing on the Transfer Avios page.
- Each transaction cannot exceed 60,000 Avios, but multiple transactions totalling 200,000 Avios are permitted per calendar year.
- A Sender can transfer a maximum of 200,000 Avios per calendar year.
- A Recipient can receive a maximum of 200,000 Avios per calendar year.
- An account must be at least 30 days old to receive a transfer of Avios.
- The Transfer Avios year begins 1 January and ends 31 December.
- The Sender can only transfer Avios to one Recipient per transaction.
- If you are a Member of a Household Account, as a Sender you can only transfer Avios from your personal Avios balance and not from your pooled Avios within your Household Account.
- Avios can only be transferred in multiples of 1,000, starting at a minimum of 1,000 Avios.
- Avios can only be transferred on britishairways.com using the Transfer Avios page.
- In most cases Avios will be transferred and made available for use by the Recipient immediately. However, there may be occasions where a delay of up to three working days occurs. If the Recipient has not received Avios after this time please get in touch through the Contact Us section.
- In order to share Avios, the Sender will need to know the Recipient’s first and last name, email address and British Airways Executive Club Membership Number as entered in their British Airways Executive Club account. The Sender and Recipient will receive an email once the transfer is complete.

Free Transfer Avios – Gold Members Only
- The below Transfer Avios Clauses apply to the free transfer Avios benefit for Gold tier Members.
- A Gold Member may transfer Avios from their British Airways Executive Club account (the "Sender") to another Member’s British Airways Executive Club account (the "Recipient").
- Each transaction cannot exceed 60,000 Avios, but multiple transactions totaling 200,000 Avios are permitted per calendar year.

Balance Booster
- Avios can be boosted within 30 days of appearing in your British Airways Executive Club account.
- Pending Avios can’t be boosted.
- Each transaction can only be boosted once.
- The first 300,000 Avios boosted per calendar year are priced at our cheapest buying rate. Once the amount is reached, higher pricing applies. See the pricing list for details.
- Not all transactions are eligible for boosting. Exclusions are balance transfers from other airlines, Nectar exchanges, Avios transferred or gifted by other members and previously bought Avios.
- We reserve the right to amend the Balance Booster terms and conditions at anytime which can include, but not be limited to, maximum annual amounts that can be bought, eligible and ineligible transactions, balance booster pricing.
- Balance Booster Avios may be amended from time to time for promotional activity.
- The Purchaser will be able to spend Avios when they appear as credited in the Purchaser's Executive Club account. There may be occasions where there is a delay of up to 3 working days in the Avios being credited to your account. - Avios can only be bought on ba.com using the Buy Avios feature.

General Terms & Conditions
- When opting in for a Yearly Plan, the Subscriber will pay once, at the time of opting in for the Subscription.
- When opting in for a Monthly Plan, the Subscriber will pay each month throughout the duration of their Subscription. First payment will be at the time of opting in and subsequent payments will be on the same day or as close to the same day in the following months, e.g., first payment on 1st October, second payment on 1st November and so on.
- For Monthly Plans minimum term is 3 months.
- For Yearly Plans minimum term is 12 months.
- You have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase of Avios within 14 days of your transaction, as long as the Avios haven't been used. To get a refund for your subscription, go to 'My Subscription' area once logged in and click the 'I'd like a refund' button. Confirm your request and we’ll refund you within 14 days.
- Your annual Subscription will automatically renew after 12 months, unless cancelled. To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account and navigate to 'My Subscription', then set your auto-renewal toggle to OFF. You can do this anytime and don't have to wait for the 12 months to pass.
- Only one Subscription plan can be active at any one time.
- Only one Subscription plan can be purchased per customer.
- The Subscriber can buy a maximum of 200,000 Avios in any one calendar year via Subscription. This is in addition to the 200,000 avios allowance through 'Buy Avios'. We reserve the right to amend the maximum annual amount that can be bought via Subscription or otherwise at any time.
- Avios can only be bought in specified amounts.
- Subscription to Buy Avios may be amended from time to time for promotional activity.
- The Subscriber will be able to spend Avios when they appear as credited in the Subscriber’s Executive Club account. There may be occasions where there is a delay of up to 3 working days in the Avios being credited to your account. If after this time you have not received your Avios, please get in touch through the Contact Us section.
- Avios can only be bought on ba.com using the Buy Avios application.

- The Purchaser must have at least one Avios in their Executive Club account in order to buy Avios. If the Purchaser has a balance of zero Avios, they will need to have collected or redeemed Avios in the past 36 months in order to buy Avios.
- The Purchaser will be unable to buy Avios if they have a negative balance.
- The Buy Avios year begins on 1 January and ends on 31 December.
- Purchasing Avios will reset the 36-month Avios expiry rule, as set out in the British Airways Executive Club Terms and Conditions.
- Avios which are subsequently refunded will not constitute activity for the purposes of the 36-month Avios expiry rule in the Terms and Conditions.
- In the case of Fraud or Misconduct, both as defined in the Terms and Conditions, British Airways reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to terminate the Membership of any Member and may cancel all accrued and accruing Avios of the Member and any Reward booking.
