It has a cast aluminum body (guaranteed never to warp) with a patented nonstick coating reinforced with real diamonds for a lifetime of easy clean-up and even heat distribution. It allows cooking without fat and oil, is dishwasher safe and resistant to damage from metal utensils. If treated properly, our cookware has an extremely long lifetime!
