Avios are awarded at 3 Avios per €1 spend on room rates only, excluding the relevant taxes, fees and charges on completed stays.
Some hotels are not included in the MeliáRewards programme and therefore are not valid to collect Avios.
The Executive Club member must be the person who is staying at the hotel.
Avios are awarded per room booking and members may collect Avios for a second room occupied by children aged under 18.
Only one member can collect Avios per room booking.
Cancelled reservations or no-show reservations will not be eligible to earn Avios.
