Rewards are only given on hotel bookings and when they have been completed, no rewards are given on Flights, Car Rental, Travel Experiences (e.g. Bus Tour) and Gift Cards. Multiple bookings for the same hotel stay will not be rewarded nor when bookings are deemed to be not genuine personal customers' bookings. A valid email address and credit card are required when making a booking. Rewards are not given on bookings made with a basic rate, when an early payment benefit has been received, corporate rates, or on any taxes, service fees, VAT or other hotel facility costs (including restaurant and spa). No rewards will be given if the stay has not been completed regardless of the types of booking including no-cancellation bookings. Please note a valid Booking ID consist of 10 digit numeric-only
Your rewards may be invalidated if the stay is not fully completed as per the original booking for whatever reason, or any change has been made directly with the hotels. If the booking is cancelled by either party, and you wish to rebook, please make sure you do so via the “Shop Now” link on this site and not directly with the hotel.
This does not include any discounts offered in relation to membership of the Genius loyalty program.
Rewards will not be approved until 90-120 days after you have completed your stay.
Queries can only be investigated after your booking (stay) is complete.
Rewards are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
