Accessibility

This website is run by Avios Group Limited. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device
  • Zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • Navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
  • Listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

We try to maintain WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility as well as meet some AAA guidelines where possible but recognise it is difficult to maintain such compliance across every page of our website. Through user research, internal auditing and a business-wide Accessibility Programme, we aim to further develop the website to meet all relevant WCAG 2.2. Level AA criteria.

This website works with most assistive technologies and as mentioned above, our ambition is to adhere to WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria in all relevant areas. However, we know some parts of this website are not fully accessible. This list is not exhaustive of all cases:

  • Accessing the FAQ accordions by Keyboard is not accessible.

  • Some of our images may not have a description assigned to them, we are continually monitoring this to keep them up to date.

  • We are working to implement 'skip to content' links provided at the top of every page, visible to screen readers

Avios Group Limited is not responsible for the content of external websites that are accessed through any links found in our products, nor any accessibility issues that may be present on those external web.

If you find any problems not listed on this page or think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, contact: The UX Team, email address UX@avios.com and address your message to ‘Accessibility team’.

We will consider your request and get back to you within 90 days.

If you experience any accessibility related issues with any documents, for example PDFs, please request an alternative format through UX@avios.com. There may be occasions where document related issues are a result of the assistive technology used, Avios Group Limited is not responsible in these instances.
