- Generate a brand new search for broadband deals and make your purchase immediately (in the same session and without exiting your browser).
What will stop me earning rewards?
Rewards are eligible for customers who are located in the UK only.
Editing or using a previously saved Product comparison from your account on the Merchant’s website will not be tracked and you will not be eligible for rewards.
If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your rewards to be declined or reduced. E.g., Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.
If your Product purchase is not fully completed online.
If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that is not covered in the retailer rewards rates.
If you, or the broadband provider, cancel the broadband contract before rewards are deposited in your account.
If you don't pay your monthly instalment in full or, if paying by Direct Debit your monthly payments are not kept up to date.
If you have any cookie blockers active in your browser that prevent the Product transaction to be tracked correctly.
Good to know
Rewards will be confirmed after your contract has been active for at least 90 days. Payment could take up to 130-180 days after validation.
You shall only be entitled to receive rewards for the first two Products you take out through the Merchant’s website per year. This year will begin on the date you takeout the first Product following a comparison of the Product via the Merchant’s website.
This offer is only available to United Kingdom residents who have entered a valid broadband contract online following a comparison of broadband deals through the Merchant via .
This rewards programme is being monitored. Members transacting fraudulently with this retailer will have their membership terminated immediately and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation.

What to do when?
If your rewards are not tracked, the Merchant allows up to 45 days after the purchase date to submit a claim.
If your rewards are rejected, the Merchant allows up to 6 months after the purchase date to submit a claim.
Rewards are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
