Found at the Haymarket Hotel, a refined 4-storey townhouse in central London, Brumus is an all-day British brasserie. In the eclectic restaurant, enjoy classic dishes such as Veal schnitzel Holstein with a fried egg, anchovies, capers, lemon and brown butter. A set menu, ideal for theatre goers, is offered at lunch and dinner while in the bar, they serve art-inspired cocktails - drinks are based on hotel pieces from renowned artists such as Sir Tony Cragg and Peter Rocklin.
